Dinner

After arriving at the hotel I was pretty hungry so I went to my most favourite restaurant called Jardin De Asia. I went to other restaurants like, the appetising  Kiwi Restaurant and  the sublime La Suisse. To find Jardin De Asia you will need to keep your eyes peeled and look for, Hotel Los Tajibo 3er Anillo Externo, Santa Cruz. This divine restaurant is located seven minutes away from Bungan Villas which was very helpful because if I drove in the car for 20 minutes  I would lose my appetite.

At Jardin De Asia you could chose from sitting  right next to a calming sea. I did.
So when I was sitting down eating my delicious
food I could feel the breeze coming into my face. Jardin De Asia is an outside and inside        restaurant so you can chose from staying inside or going outside to eat.

When I was there I saw  some, vibrant colours on the wall, a black floor, little units that look like hershey  kisses, the Bolivian flag and some tasty bread rolls. I could also see the certificate of the Michelin Star Award.

For entrees I had two Los Tajibos sushi rolls. It felt like heaven in my mouth. All the texture of the seafood was mouth watering. After the sushi I was very thirsty so I ordered a drink. I had a mocktail with a splash of lime juice and a squeeze of lemonade lemons and a mint leaf also the base was ginger beer and lemonade. For main they suggested Teppan Shrimp. With the Teppan Shrimp there was a variety of dips like the salsa dip, garlic dip, red pepper dip and sour cream. All the flavours just bursted in my mouth, the red pepper was very spicy and the Teppan Shrimp had invigorating flavours. It was sprinkled with salt and pepper and had a crisp salad for the base. I adored it the shrimp was very well seasoned and was perfectly cooked. For dessert there was a wide selection of food. I chose chocolate mousse mixed with caramelized peanuts. The cracking peanuts were so nice. All the crunchiness from the peanuts just melted in my mouth. The sweet silky mousse was delicious, I loved it. After all that food I could just have a little bit more food. They offered you a cheese board. On the cheese board there was, blue cheese, goat cheese and much more but I didn’t eat it all.

The staff were, skilled at their work, loved their job, always had a smile on their face and were very friendly while serving. You could tell as they were going to table to table speaking in a spanish accent. When I went to Jardin De Asia I didn’t know that they were ranked 1st out of 100 in Santa Cruz.

When I had left I had a smile on my face because of the excellent service, fun atmosphere, the little units that look like hersheys kisses but most of all the food. I reckon that it would be worth coming to this restaurant.

The cost for this great dinner was only $70 wow that is very low priced.
